The homeowners needed additional space to accommodate three generations. The second story was expanded to create a new master suite and two bedrooms with a small entertainment area for the kids. The remainder of the house was remodeled to provide more open space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen now features a large island for multiple cooks and ample seating. The first floor master suite now features a sitting room, large walk-in closet and bathroom. The existing sunroom was converted to a four season room for the family to utilize as a family room. New custom color fiber cement siding was installed on the 2nd floor to replicate the oirginal look of the home. This project is located in Whitefish Bay.
