Step 1: Discovery Consult
Getting to Know You and Your Remodeling Aspirations
The Discovery Consult is a free service we offer to people who want to learn what it would take to accomplish their remodeling goals. We visit your home, take photos, measurements, give you a rough estimate and, most importantly, get to know you.
STEP 2: PROJECT KICKOFF
Design and Planning for Your Remodeling Project
After getting to know you and your remodeling desires, we will develop a plan to work with you and your budget if one is specified. From there, we will make selections based on your remodeling vision and budget. Once we decide to move forward, we will give you a hard estimate after doing a walk through with our subcontractors and develop a contract. The reason we give you a rough estimate in our consult is because we want you to feel comfortable before moving onto the next step. We want to be as helpful and transparent as possible.
STEP 3: CONSTRUCTION
Building the Foundation for Your Project
Our construction team and sub-contractor network uses their decades of construction experience to execute the foundation elements of your remodeling project. They are precise, thorough and always pleasant to work with.
Stage 4: Aesthetics
Bringing the Design Aesthetics to Life
At this stage, we carefully craft the details and design elements of your remodeling project. This is our favorite stage as it is when our clients beginning seeing their ideas become a reality!
Stage 5: Celebration!
Your Remodeling Project is Complete
After the finishing touches are perfected, your project is officially complete - time to celebrate!
